Chakra Align and Flow Workshop
In this three hour workshop, we’ll use a blend of slow, dynamic movement and long held yin poses to identify and open up each chakra. There will be ample time to journal, using a workbook that will be provided for you. Just bring your favorite pen, a mat, and a willingness to go deep!
