Sometimes we need a little extra help releasing the stagnation that holds us back. Working with Lucy, you will learn to identify harmful samskaras (painful emotional patterns) to move into the life you have dreamed.

asana
Asana is our movement practice. It’s what most people think of when they think of yoga.
We use asana to help balance the physical body in decreasing pain levels and increasing overall comfort.
You aren’t expected to know anything about yoga, or even be able to touch your toes! The asana we use can be a powerful tool for transformation but we practice it gently and slowly. Believe me- you’ll notice the mobility changes quickly!

After our first session, you’ll start to receive journal pages and a professional copy of the sequence we do.
I sometimes take notes, and you get a copy of those, as well! I believe the deepest change comes when we have lots of observations about ourselves.
